This organization is made up of and is being made possible by the goodwill of the management committee members and the office staff.
Q What kinds of people are managing this organization?
A Many different people are involved in its management.
The management of this organization is literally operated by the goodwill of all who participate. What we call the "movement headquarter" does not have a fulltime staff, and members of the management committee and office staff alternately manage the operation.
This is done in order to maximize the use of the contributions made by everybody, by cutting down labor costs, construction costs and rent. Anybody who participates of course is unpaid, and is required to bring his or her own bag lunch. Only transportation fees are covered.
The staff consists of retired university professors, teachers, housewives, company employees, and church-related people, and each of these people gather to "lend a hand" to children in need.
